SHIPPING POLICY

 

Restore, LLC DBA Restore recover house is committed to excellence and the full satisfaction of our customers. Restore, LLC DBA Restore recover house proudly offers shipping services. Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

 

1. PROCESSING TIME

Provided the products you purchased are in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once an order is processed, the shipping method you chose will determine when you receive your order. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order.

 

2. SHIPPING

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

4. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

5. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Restore, LLC DBA Restore recover house is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Restore, LLC DBA Restore recover house is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the purchaser (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

REFUND POLICY

 

1. INTRODUCTION

Please read this Refund Policy carefully as it constitutes your agreement with us. By engaging us to offer services to you, you agree to be legally bound by this Refund Policy. Restore, LLC DBA Restore recover house reserves the right to change or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and your continued use of our services after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.

 

2. REFUND

2.1 Financial responsibility a 30% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of your reservation. This fee reserves and secures your dates and room. You agree that your liability for this bill is NOT waived in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay and/or disputes the full amount of the charge. You are the person that authorizes Restore to charge your credit card on file for agreed upon purchases. Restore uses a secure payment method and does not sell information to any third party. The full balance is due 30 days prior to your stay to allow us time to secure your care team, transportation and order supplies. If your full balance is not paid 2 weeks (14 days) prior to check-in your reservation will be canceled, and you forfeit any monies paid. If we do not receive prior notice based on our cancellation policy, you will forfeit your deposit or any monies paid. You must submit all required forms, financial obligations, and flight information at least two weeks (14 days) prior to your arrival or we reserve the right to cancel. The reflection and cooling-off period will expire 14 days from the day you make your payment. To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel by way of an email. In order to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the reflection and cooling-off period has expired.

2.2 If you cancel by exercising your right to cancel, we will refund your payments minus deposit received from you. We will make the refund without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are information about your decision to cancel. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have agreed otherwise.

3. SEVERABILITY

In the event any provision or part of this Refund Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Refund Policy, will be inoperative.

4. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof.
